Facial mole removal is done by three common procedures; laser therapy, excision with stitching (surgery) or excision with cauterization (shaving). However,shaving method cannot be used on mole with melanoma. Laser therapy works well on flat moles while surgery is usually not advised for removing facial moles unless they are very big. To remove facial mole by cream or ointment, you will just need to apply it on the mole for a few days till it dries and falls off by itself. There will be an open wound in place of the mole that can be treated with dermal creams. But again, cancerous mole cannot be treated this way. It will need surgery by dermatologist.

Natural methods for facial mole removal are applying honey, onion juice or pulp side of banana skin on mole every night till it dries. Using tea tree oil on facial mole continuously is claimed to remove moles from the root. Bad news is these methods take months to show results, good news is they hardly leave any scars. Be patient.
